INSTALACIONES is considered as the supplying company, not only of technical support, but also of technical and human means for the comprehensive execution of their facilities.  It is also the group’s main collaborator controlling, managing, and executing installations: electric power, air conditioning, hydrosanitary, communications, security, hoisting equipment, and fire-fighting systems. It also has the means necessary to execute engineering and comprehensive maintenance projects with own resources. 

The industrial group is made up by three corporations included in the group: ELECTROGIA, HIDROGIA AND CLIMAGIA.

At INSTALACIONES Y MANTENIMIENTO we execute building projects in general, as well as of light industrial type, based on the project management system of the PMI (Project Management Institute) as a planning, control, and follow/up tool in each assignment.
